 Howard J. Postal, CPA
Howard has been practicing public accounting since 1971. Howard’s tax
clients include many high wealth individuals and corporations, LLC's,
limited partnerships and fiduciaries. Howard assists these clients with
business planning decisions, preparation and research. His industry
specialties include: construction contractors, real estate, syndicators,
developers, franchisers, distributors, wholesale-retail, professional
service corporations, nonprofit organizations, and consultants. Howard is
active in the National Capital Chapter of American ORT and is a member of
both the American Institute of CPAs and the Maryland Association of CPAs.
Howard is a graduate of the University of Maryland.

 James R. LaGrone, CPA
Jim has been practicing public accounting since 1972. Jim’s clients include
small to mid-size businesses and individuals. He assists his clients with
business planning, tax and investments decisions. Jim specializes in
investment planning, asset management and retirement planning for high net
worth clients. His industry specialties include: wholesale-retail, real
estate, construction contractors, and professional service corporations. Jim
is an active member of the Rockville Rotary, past member of other
professional and civic organizations. Jim is a Registered Investment Advisor
(RIA) and is a member of The Financial Planning Association, National
Association of Personal Financial Advisors, The American Institute of CPAs
and the Maryland Association of CPAs. Jim is a graduate of the University of
Maryland.

 Cornelius L. Mhley, CPA
Cornel has practiced accounting since 1973. He specializes in tax planning,
preparation and compliance for individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates,
and is experienced representing clients before the IRS. A member of the
AICPA and Maryland Association of CPA’s, he is an officer of the Association
of Practicing CPA’s. A former president of the Rockville Kiwanis, he is
active with the Rockville Chamber of Commerce and Montgomery College
Speakers’ Bureau. Cornel is a graduate of Villanova University and Robert
Morris College.

 William T. Armacost, CPA
Bill has been practicing accounting for over 30 years. He managed audits for a national accounting firm and a local accounting firm before establishing Armacost & Orsborne, LLP with business partner Tony Orsborne. Bill joined SantosPostal in 2007 with the merger of Armacost & Orsborne, LLP. Bill has experience in audits, reviews, compilations of financial statements and preparation of tax returns for individuals and real estate, nonprofit and small businesses. He is a member of the American Institute and Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a U.S. army veteran having served overseas in Vietnam and Germany.

 Anthony G. Orsborne, CPA
Tony joined the SantosPostal team in 2007 and has been practicing accounting since 1983. In 1998 he and business partner, William Armacost, established Armacost & Orsborne, LLP, a local certified public accounting firm specializing in audits, reviews, compilations and preparation of tax returns for real estate, nonprofit and small businesses. Prior to establishing Armacost & Orsborne, LLP, he worked for two other public accounting firms including Ernst & Young, LLP. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Tony is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
