Santos Postal Introduces New Principal—Robert Greenfest

Santos Postal is extremely pleased to announce that Robert Greenfest has joined the company as a Principal, effective January 5, 2009. Bob brings 26 years of corporate finance, real estate, operational guidance, and strategic planning experience to Santos Postal, along with a wealth of knowledge, which will serve as an exceptional, opportunistic resource for our clients, especially during this trying economic era.

Among myriad responsibilities he will undertake, Bob will assist our clients and use his expertise to restructure, renegotiate, and provide workout assistance on commercial and consumer loans, retail and office leases, and other financial obligations. As Bob says, the key point is that “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” If you find you’re having trouble getting credit or refinancing, or if you need a mortgage or can no longer meet expenses to cover your company’s rent, Bob can assist you in developing and implementing a solution. He will also work with clients to renegotiate personal real estate taxes, provide strategic operational and financial planning, and manage future wealth via prudent, long-term advisory consulting.

Bob’s long-term competence in the financial arena is supported by his BBA degree in Finance and MBA in Finance and Investments, both from The George Washington University. He is also quite proud of his advocates at home, who include wife Jaye of 26 years and sons Adam, a junior at Emory University, and Alex, a junior in high school.
