Frederick and Germantown

Take I 270 South towards Washington DC. Take Exit 6 - Route 28 Montgomery Avenue. At end of ramp, take a left at the traffic light onto Rt. 28 East [West Montgomery Avenue] towards the Rockville Town Center. Take a Left onto Maryland Ave. At the four-way stop take a left onto East Montgomery Avenue. Immediately before the first traffic light, take a right into the PMI parking lot, immediately after the M&T Bank.

Capital Beltway

Take I 270 North towards Frederick. Take Exit 6 - Route 28 Montgomery Avenue. At end of ramp, take a right at the traffic light onto Rt. 28 East [West Montgomery Avenue] towards the Rockville Town Center. Take a Left onto Maryland Ave. At the four-way stop take a left onto East Montgomery Avenue. Immediately before the first traffic light, take a right into the PMI parking lot, immediately after the M&T Bank.

Bethesda

Take Wisconsin Avenue or Old Georgetown Road North. Enter I-270 North towards Frederick. Take Exit 5 Great Falls Road Rt 189 North. Bear Right at end of ramp, and proceed straight onto Maryland Avenue. Proceed to Rockville Town Center and make a left onto East Montgomery Avenue. Immediately before the first traffic light, take a right into the PMI parking lot, immediately after the M&T Bank.

Northern Virginia

Take I-495 East towards Bethesda/Rockville. At the split take I-270 North towards Frederick. Take Exit 5 Great Falls Road Rt 189 North. Bear Right at end of ramp, and Proceed straight onto Maryland Avenue. Proceed to Rockville Town Center and make a left onto East Montgomery Avenue. Immediately before the first traffic light, take a right into the PMI parking lot, immediately after the M&T Bank.

Metro

Exit at Rockville Metro Station. Follow signs to town center. You will use the sky ramp to cross over Rt 355 Hungerford Drive. Proceed straight south down East Montgomery Avenue two blocks, past the District Courthouse. 11 North Washington Street is at the corner of North Washington Street and East Montgomery Avenue.

Our Parking Lot

11 North Washington Street is at the Corner of North and South Washington Street and East and West Montgomery Avenue. If you are traveling East on West Montgomery Avenue, you are not permitted to take a left into the Public Parking lot that serves our building. You must either go to the end of the block and turn around, or take a left onto North Washington Street, a right on Middle Lane, another right onto East Montgomery Lane and finally a right into the PMI parking lot, immediately after the M&T Bank.
